YUNAN RÜYASI - GREEK DREAM

Üniversitede tüm dersleri geçip tam mezun olacağım derken tüm

öğrenim hayatı tek dersten kalmayan ben Yunanca'dan kalarak okulu

1 dönem uzatmıştım. Okuldan sonra da Yunanlı pek çok iş arkadaşım

hatta Atina'ya bir iş seyahatim de oldu ama komşuyla ilişkim genelde

mesafeliydi, ta ki bu bayrama kadar, sanırım artık daha da samimi olacağız.


Greek was the only lesson that I failed during my school life and

because of this lesson I have graduated 5 months later than my friends.

After school I work with many Greek people and also visit Athens for

business but that was all about my Greek interest till last week.


Meşhur Yunan adaları cruise furyası başladığında gemi yerine çok daha

ucuza uçak bileti bulabileceğimizi keşfedip Mayıs ayında Olympic

biletlerimizi aldık, Mikonos aktarması Atina uçağıyla aynı güne denk

gelemediğinden ilk gun Atina'da konaklayıp, sonra Mykonosa gececektik,

5 gece Mykonos üzeri yine tek gece Atina yapıp dönmeyi planlıyorduk.


In May promotional Greek island cruise programs were very popular but we found out that flights are much cheaper than these tours and we bought our tickets from Olympic airlines. As there is not a connection flight on the same day from Istanbul to Mykonos, we planned to stay one night in Athens , five nights at Mykonos and last night in Athens.





Sonra aklımıza Santorini takıldı 2,5 saatlik gemi seyahati bir şey değil

deyip uçağa verdiğimizden daha fazlasını hızlı feribota verip 1 gece de

Santorini de kalmaya karar verdik.


Than we thought that 4 full day will be enough for Mykonos and reserved

ferry tickets to Santorini which takes 2,5 hours from Mykonos and expensive

than the flights.





Otel rezervasyonuna elim bir türlü gitmezken tamamen tesadüfi bir şekilde

iki gecelik Mykonos konaklaması hediye edildi, daha iyi bir başlangıç olamaz

deyip, gerisini de bir çırpı da hallettik ve güzel bir Ağustos sabahı yola

çıktık....


I was late for the hotel reservations than by a coincidence I won two night Mykonos accomodation in a five star boutique hotel and this was a very nice start for the rest. At the end on a sunny August morning we were on our way to Greece..
